CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE "Weather Master Kit" PROMOTION
One winner will be drawn at random on February 28th, 2008. The winner will be notified by email and announced on this website.
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this competition the entrants acknowledge
and accept that they agree with the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents with valid registration details.
3. Employees and immediate family of Local Weather & WeatherNet are ineligible to enter.
4. The prize(s) is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or transferable.
5. Prize(s) will delivered to the winner within 14 days of receiving a valid address for delivery.
6. Entries will not be accepted after midnight Tuesday 27th February, 2008.
7. Local Weather shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss)
or for any liability whatsoever as a result of entering the promotion or winning the prize.
8. Entries via the website will be asked to provide their name, email address and other relevant information.
9. Entrants consent to Local Weather publishing their name (initial & surname) town and state on the website.
10. Local Weather decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
11. Local Weather is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or computer malfunctions.
12. If any prizes are unclaimed within seven (7) days from date of draw the prize will be forfeited and another draw will take place within 24 hours.
13. Local Weather reserves the right to vary, amend or alter these conditions of entry or terminate the promotion at any time.
